Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Best Choice Store, we stand behind the quality of our horse tack, pet accessories, and specialty feeds. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include all tags and original accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used specialty feeds (due to potential contamination risks)
  • Personalized or custom-made tack items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at admin@purinazone.com within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Best Choice Store Customer Service, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details of the item(s) I wish to return/exchange: – Product Name: – Quantity: – Reason for return/exchange: Please advise on the next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping address (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the following with your return:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A copy of the return authorization email
  • All items in their original packaging

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@purinazone.com
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
