Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used specialty feeds (due to contamination risks)
- Personalized or custom-made tack items
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Customer Service
Email us at admin@purinazone.com within 15 days with:- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Details of items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
- Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:- Return instructions
- RMA number
- Return shipping address
- Package and Ship Your Return
Include in your package:- Original packing slip or order confirmation
- Copy of return authorization email
- All items in original packaging
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at admin@purinazone.com
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
